Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Operations Assistants. In this role, you will support the pharmacy’s operations, ensuring that medications are accurately packed and prepared for distribution. You'll work with both automated and manual systems to help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Schedule & Location:

• Schedule:  MTWT OR MTWF
• Time: 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Location: Memphis, TN

Job Salary/Wage:

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour + an additional $1.50 shift differential

Job Duties:

• Assist with packing medications using both manual and automated systems
• Operate automated sorting equipment and perform manual sorting when necessary
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems for medication verification and manifesting
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning equipment and ensuring a safe working environment
• Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels
• Complete various forms and documentation as directed

Job Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of warehouse or operations experience
• Comfortable working with technology, including handheld scanners and computer systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

Job Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, and light physical activity throughout the workday

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
