PHARMACIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Hudson WI 54016 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $64.27/hr
- Required Availability: Part-Time and As Needed

- Weekends: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (2–4 shifts per month)
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as needed for coverage)
- On-Call: Evenings 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM, on rotation (2–3 evenings per week)
- Coverage includes weekends and PTO relief
PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Pharmacist will support prescription fulfillment, patient education, and compliance within a collaborative team environment.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately fill, verify, and dispense prescription medications
- Monitor and manage patient medication use and compliance
- Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with state and federal laws
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient and pharmacy records
- Provide patient consultation on medication use, side effects, and interactions
- Compound non-sterile medications (preferred) and prepare sterile solutions as needed
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related concerns
PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license required
- Experience with on-call or overnight shifts preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience with non-sterile compounding preferred
