Immunizing Pharmacist Compensation
• The pay for this position is $63.00/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Immunizing Pharmacist Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
• Candidates MUST be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week; more hours are available.
• Clinics operate 7 days a week.
- High-volume stores: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Low-volume stores: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Candidates should be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Immunizing Pharmacist Responsibilities
• Administer immunizations such as flu, shingles, COVID-19, and others.
• Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Provide high-quality patient care through adoption and management of clinical programs.
• Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
• Actively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
Immunizing Pharmacist Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment (in good standing).
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Immunizing Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in immunization programs.
• Strong ability to adapt, problem-solve, and collaborate in a team setting.
