About the Role
A-Line Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join a specialty pharmacy team supporting patients with complex and high-touch therapies. This role involves frequent communication with patients, prescribers, and internal colleagues while ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of prescriptions and related pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients, prescribers, and team members through phone calls, emails, and faxes.
- Fulfill prescriptions, package medications for shipment, process copays, and research financial assistance options.
- Complete order entry and refill processing under pharmacist supervision.
- Manage inventory, ensure proper storage, and maintain accurate documentation including labels, logs, and reports.
- Participate in on-call rotation based on business and staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician License (required).
- 2+ Years of Pharmacy Technician experience. (required).
- Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet use.
- Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
- National certification (PTCB) preferred, but not required.
