Mail Processor II Highlights

• The pay for this position is $18.56 per hour
• Shift Options (please list preference at the top of resume):

                • Shift 1: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

                • Shift 2: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Onsite position
• This position is a full-time contract opportunity

Responsibilities

• Operate large production-class digital printers and envelope inserter machines
• Perform folding, inserting, postage stamping, and mailroom support functions
• Verify, print, and complete job requests in alignment with sensitive deadlines
• Ensure quality control and accuracy for every mailing batch
• Lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and remain on feet throughout the shift
• Clear printer jams, refill paper stock, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Work efficiently using Microsoft Office programs
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Adapt quickly to changes and follow strict schedules and protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the majority of the work shift
• Comfortable working in a physically active, production-based setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience with large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing equipment preferred
• Strong multitasking skills and commitment to timely, accurate job completion
