A-Line Staffing is hiring a Pharmacy Technician 2 - Fulfillment in the Northlake, TX 76262 area! This is Full-Time 40 hours per week with a Major Pharmaceutical company.

Position Overview
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technicians to join a modern pharmacy micro-fulfillment environment in Northlake, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced automation technology while supporting accurate and efficient prescription fulfillment and distribution. High-performing candidates may be considered for long-term placement.
Work Schedule Options
- Sunday–Tuesday & Friday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Off Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Off Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Off Friday, Saturday)

Key Responsibilities (Fulfillment Focus)
- Perform manual prescription fulfillment, including counting, labeling, packaging, and shipping medications
- Operate and support automated dispensing and fulfillment equipment
- Sort medications and move inventory through various workflow stages
- Ensure accuracy and quality control throughout the fulfillment process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Assist with inventory handling, stocking, and replenishment
- Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to resolve workflow issues
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred (retail, fulfillment, or call center setting)
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible schedules as needed
