Job Description:
- Under the supervision of a pharmacist, accurately fill medication orders using the in-house system, manual counting, and EYECON counters.
- Assist pharmacists with scanning, labeling, and reviewing orders for special instructions such as safety caps.
- Replenish stock, perform cleaning and maintenance of pill counting equipment, and manage inventory including purchasing, receiving, and reconciliation.
- Monitor product trends and shortages, remove expired or short-dated products, and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Manage warehouse tasks such as packing, shipping, and maintaining documentation related to inventory and SOX compliance.
- Support back stock organization and maintain pharmacy refrigerators and packing stations.
- Perform duties of an Operations Assistant as needed, including packing and cleaning.
**Critical Information:
- Shift: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Friday 10:30am-7:30pm
- Remote, On-site, or Hybrid: On-site as needed
- Compliance/submission notes: Must have Pharmacy Tech License in CA (National not accepted)
- Environment: Fast-paced, physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, lifting 50-70 pounds
