Pharmacy Technician
Location: Seattle, WA 98104 (Onsite – Madison St.)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $21.30/hour, paid biweekly

About the Role:
Seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support production and inbound call operations, assisting members and providers while ensuring accurate documentation and workflow support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and internal teams
- Provide support through prior authorization processes and route clinical questions to pharmacists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inventory and account activity
- Support production workflow including medication processing and coordination
- Assist with patient outreach, intake, shipping, and prior authorization processes as needed
- Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic customer service at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)
- High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment (healthcare or similar preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly Preferred:
- Experience supporting prior authorization or insurance-related processes
