Job Description:
We are looking for a Nationally Board Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in either Cary, NC, or Fort Worth, TX. This role involves phone-based patient interactions and supports pharmacist counseling sessions.

Pharmacy Technician Schedule & Location:

• Pay: $22.00/hr
• Schedule:
  • NC (Hybrid): 9 am to 6 pm EST
  • TX (In-office): 10 am to 7 pm CST
• Locations:
  • Cary, NC 27513
  • Fort Worth, TX 76177

Pharmacy Technician Salary/Wage:

• Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Pharmacy Technician Duties:

• Collect medication lists and drug allergies from patients.
• Prepare patients for pharmacist counseling by collecting baseline information, including payment methods, shipping addresses, and emergency contacts.
• Triage patient calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and make routine recommendations.
• Handle phone-based patient communication for the full 8-hour shift.

Pharmacy Technician Required Qualifications:

• Certification: Nationally Board Certified Pharmacy Technician (active license in NC or TX).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must live within 1 hour driving distance of the respective office locations.
• Comfortable and experienced in handling phone communication for extended periods.

Pharmacy Technician Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on the phone for 8 hours a day.

Pharmacy Technician Education:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with active licensing in NC or TX.
