Exciting Opportunity: Pharmacy Technicians (Full-Time & Part-Time) – On-Site in West Sacramento, CA

A-Line Staffing is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for both full-time and part-time positions in West Sacramento, CA! If you have pharmacy experience and are looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role, we want to hear from you.

Job Highlights:

Full-Time Position:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM. After 6 weeks, schedule may shift to Sunday – Thursday (Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, remaining days 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) based on business needs.
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
• Overtime: Mandatory as needed.

Part-Time Position:

• Schedule: 24 hours per week (days will be discussed upon hire, based on business needs).
• First two weeks: Full-time training required.
• Potential for full-time: Based on business needs.
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Work Location:

• On-Site: West Sacramento, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and distribute medications in an automated refill setting.
• Accurately fill prescription bottles with tablets and capsules, including refrigerated items.
• Utilize SI Baker equipment to dispense medications.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and replenish low-stock medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Receive and store incoming supplies.
• Process orders for shipping and prepare paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Science preferred.
• License: Active Pharmacy Technician License required and must remain valid throughout employment.
• Certifications: HIPAA Certification required.
• Experience:
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy operations.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Warehouse experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20-25 lbs.
• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping.
