Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of drug products.
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and outreach.
- Enter member demographics and prescription information into the system.
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues.
- Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist.
- Assist with inbound and outbound patient or physician calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Monday-Wednesday: 11am to 8pm, Thursday: 9am to 8pm, Friday: 8am to 3pm.
- High School diploma.
- 2-4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by state.
