A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Charlestown, IN for a Fortune 500 company with excellent career growth potential! This is a full-time position offering 40+ hours per week in a climate-controlled environment.

MULTIPLE SHIFTS OPEN!!

Job Highlights:

• FIRST SCHEDULE: Monday 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Tuesday – Friday 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and rotating weekends Saturday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
• $19.70 per hour.

• SECOND SCHEDULE: Monday 9:00am-7:30pm, Tuesday - Friday 10am-7:30pm, rotating weekends Saturday 12:00pm-8:30pm.
• $18.95 per hour.

• Benefits: Available after 90 days for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability.
• 401(k) with company match for full-time employees after one year of service on our eligibility dates.
• Contract-to-hire potential based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing.
• Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders.
• Replenish medication in automated cells by handling large quantities of bottles and cases.
• Ensure proper labeling and patient instructions on medication containers.
• Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area.
• Conduct stock rotation to prevent medication expiration.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with record-keeping and documentation of prescription and medication-related information.

Requirements:

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (Required).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.
