A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Jeffersonville, IN.
The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week position.

Pharmacy Technician Compensation
• The pay for this position is $18.95 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Technician Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Rotational weekday off

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
• Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing
• Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders
• Replenish medication in automated cells to full capacity
• Ensure proper labeling and instructions for patient use on medication containers
• Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area
• Conduct regular stock rotation to prevent expiration of medications
• Adhere to all pharmacy laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications
• 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
