Pharmacy Technician
Location: Memphis, TN 38141
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Schedule:
- Regular Hours:
- Mondays: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Training Schedule (First 90 Days):
- Mondays: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays/Fridays: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in a Central Fill pharmacy setting.
- Perform manual entry, product picking, and replenishment for medication filling.
- Operate automated sorting and counting equipment.
- Fill bottles and medication cells, applying labels as required.
- Prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision.
- Receive and store incoming supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Stock shelves and clean equipment as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharmacy operations.
- Licensing: Current Pharmacy Technician License required.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Compliance: No monthly re-screening required for healthcare sanctions.
- State-Specific Requirements: Pharmacy certification may be required based on state law (verify with account manager).
