Location: Medina, OH 44256
Pay: $25.01 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Weekend: Every other weekend, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Schedule Adjustment: Day(s) off during the week when a weekend is worked
Position Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. This position will assist with prescription fulfillment, medication preparation, IV preparation, inventory management, packaging, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Fill prescriptions accurately under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Prepare non-sterile compounded medications and IVs as directed.
• Prepackage medications for dispensing in accordance with pharmacy standards and government regulations.
• Assist the Pharmacist with the final checking process, including preparing medications for RPh review and packaging medications after final review.
• Coordinate accurate and timely medication delivery to customers.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Maintain accurate lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Assist with physical inventory activities and inventory control.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
• Work with the Technician Supervisor to ensure pharmacy equipment is properly calibrated, safe, and clean.
• Follow all applicable pharmacy procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Experience with prescription filling, medication packaging, compounding, or IV preparation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under pharmacist supervision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work the required weekday and rotating weekend schedule.
• Pharmacy Technician certification or registration requirements must be met as applicable to the position and state regulations.

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Every other weekend: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
When a weekend is worked, day(s) off will be provided during that week.
Compensation
