A-Line is now hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Memphis, TN. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Certified Pharmacy Technician Compensation
- The pay for this position is $19.00/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
- Training is Mondays 9am-7:30pm Tuesdays Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 11am-9:30pm for the first ninety 90 days.
- Full time schedule is Mondays 9am-7:30pm Tuesdays-Wednesdays 11am-9:30pm and Saturdays 8am-6:30pm
- Manual Data Entry: Enter prescription details accurately into the pharmacy system to ensure proper processing and tracking of medication orders.
- Product Replenishment: Assist in picking and replenishing pharmaceutical products, ensuring that medications are stocked and available for dispensing.
- Automated Sorting and Counting: Operate sorting and counting equipment for efficient medication filling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards.
- Medication Dispensing: Help prepare and dispense medication, including the accurate filling of bottles and blister packs with prescribed tablets and capsules.
- Prescription Labeling: Apply prescription labels to medication bottles, boxes, and containers, ensuring all labels are clear and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming supplies. Regularly count stock and enter data into the system to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of pharmacy equipment, ensuring it is kept in good working order.
- Stock Shelves and Inventory: Help stock shelves with pharmaceutical products and ensure that inventory is appropriately maintained and rotated.
- Form Completion: Complete various forms and documentation as directed by the Pharmacist, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy tech and current State Board certification
- 1 years of pharmacy operations experience
- Attention to detail and be able to work under deadlines
- Ability to use metric system and avoirdupois measures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and customer service skills
