PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Milwaukee WI 53224 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $24.45/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
• • 2 shifts: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Some Saturday shifts (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) may be required

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Pharmacy Technician will work alongside pharmacists to support prescription fulfillment, inventory control, and medication preparation.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions and prepare IVs
• Enter data accurately into the pharmacy system for prescription processing and reimbursement
• Assist in final checking of filled prescriptions, including labeling and packaging
• Support inventory management by receiving, rotating, and tracking medication stock
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, checking equipment for calibration and safety

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in WI required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience with prepackaging medications or pharmacy billing processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
