A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technician in Pittsburgh, PA. The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Pharmacy Technician Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.75 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is one of the following:
    • Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12am with rotating weekends
    • Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-11pm, Sunday 10am-6:30pm

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing back ordered medications. ordering medications as needed from the wholesaler, preparing the weekly warehouse order, putting the daily and weekly deliveries, prepacking high usage medications, returns processing, and management of the active drug file.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

  • 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Pennsylvania
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
