Pharmacy Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $17.25 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Shift: Onsite 6:30am to 3pm M-Th and 11am to 7:30pm Friday
• 1st Week Training Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm M-F

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in the Specialty Pharmacy to excel in a complex, high impact picking role and positively impact the lives of others. As a Pharmacy Technician working in the backend of the Specialty Pharmacy, you would be responsible for all aspects of filling prescriptions and coordination of safe and effective drug distribution systems. A successful Picking Pharmacy Technician will need to be accurate and detail oriented while pulling the correct drug, strength and brand as indicated on each prescription label.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

• * At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
• * National Pharmacy Technician Certification Preferred
• * NC Pharmacy Technician License Required
• * Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
