Job Title: Pharmacy Tech II
Location: Onsite at San Antonio, TX 78238 (REMOTE AFTER TRAINING 4–6 weeks)

Schedule: Mon–Thur 9:00 AM–5:30 PM & Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
Training Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Onboarding Fri 09/11/2026; instructor training begins Mon 09/14/2026)
Pay rate: $23/hr , paid bi-weekly
About the Role
- 100% Prescription Entry / data entry focused role
- Temporary assignment (not currently positioned as a pathway to perm)
Key Responsibilities
- Enter prescription information accurately and in compliance with pharmacy/legal requirements
- Assist with insurance verification, authorizations, and issue resolution
- Support front-end pharmacy operations (register transactions, copays/claims)
- Provide OTC product guidance and basic patient education (dosage, side effects, usage)
- Maintain compliance (HIPAA/confidentiality, labeling requirements, controlled substance rules)
- Help manage workload/queues and coordinate with pharmacy team
- Support onboarding/training of less experienced techs as needed
Required Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas
- CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician)
- Verifiable High School Diploma/GED
- 3–6 months pharmacy technician experience
- Live in San Antonio
