Job Description

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Pay: $21 an hr | Bi-weekly

Job Type: Onsite in Twinsburg, OH

Shift Options:

  • Shift: 9-5:30pm M-F

Pharmacy Technician Overview:

  • Delivery of prescription medical devices; prepare and repackage devices accurately; maintain in-date inventory; order entry and billing of insurance for devices; strong communication /professional demeanor with team members, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors.
  • Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works on basic and routine assignments
  • Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines
  • Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy
  • Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding
  • Job Functions: Fulfillment of prescription device products; shipping
  • Prescription order entry
  • Billing experience preferred
  • Inbound patient calls
  • Outbound physician calls

Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years in retail/LTC/mail order experience
  • Must provide Active Registration with OH BOP; CPhT (Ohio or National)
  • Must provide proof of up to date Technician CEs

Pharmacy Technician Benefits:

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
