Pharmacy Technician Compensation

· The pay for this position is $19 - $21 per hour based on experience (All certified Techs will receive the full $21 hourly)

· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Highlights

· The required availability for this position is 9-5:30pm Monday-Friday

· Onsite – not remote work

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

· Delivery of prescription medical devices

· Prepare and repackage devices accurately

· Maintain in-date inventory

· Order entry and billing of insurance for devices

· Strong communication /professional demeanor with team members, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors.

· Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area

· Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications

· Works on basic and routine assignments

· Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods

· Adheres to all quality guidelines

· Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy

· Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding

· Fullfillment of prescription device products; shipping

· Prescription order entry

· Billing experience preferred

· Inbound patient calls

· Outbound physician calls

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED

· Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

· 2+ years in retail/LTC/mailorder experience

· Must provide Active Registration with OH BOP; CPhT (Ohio or National)

· Must provide proof of up-to-date Technician CEs

Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications

· Detail oriented

· Ability to prioritize

· Strong interpersonal skills
