Pharmacy Technician Compensation & Highlights

• Hourly Rate: $19-$21/hour (based on licensure and experience), paid biweekly
• Shift: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
• This position is a W2 contract assignment with potential for extension and/or conversion to direct based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Listed as Temp to Hire 5-6 months to start, Full time salary is $41,600.

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Accurately package and prepare prescription medical devices
• Maintain in-date inventory and perform order entry
• Bill insurance for devices
• Handle inbound and outbound patient and physician calls
• Ensure a high standard of communication and professionalism with vendors and team members

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, LTC, or mail-order pharmacy
• Active registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy required, national certification preferred
• Up-to-date Technician Continuing Education (CE)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work within Standard Operating Procedures and quality guidelines
