Title: Pharmacy Technician (Pharmacy Tech) – 1st Shift | High-Volume Pharmacy Operations
Location: Jeffersonville, IN (Onsite)
Schedule: 1st Shift — Mon 8:00am–6:30pm | Tue–Fri 10:00am–7:30pm | Sat 12:00pm–8:30pm
Pay: $18.95/hr

Hiring a Pharmacy Technician

If you’re an experienced Pharmacy Technician (or a strong entry-level Pharmacy Tech with the right license) who can consistently follow procedures and maintain accuracy, this is a great opportunity for steady hours on 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing
- Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders
- Replenish medications in automated cells and maintain inventory rotation
- Open and handle large quantities of medication bottles as needed
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and patient instructions are included
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow pharmacy policies and procedures
- Support workflow in a high-production, metrics-driven environment
- Follow privacy and confidentiality standards and all applicable pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy-focused mindset (required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy/fulfillment environment (preferred)
- Comfort with repetitive tasks, standing, and meeting productivity expectations
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems/screens
- Reliable attendance and strong accountability
