• A skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in the charming small town of Hamlin and Haskell, seeks a full time Physical Therapist to lead our in-house therapy program. We seek a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist for the state of Texas
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior SNF experience preferred, not required
