- Provide physical therapy to patients of all age groups to restore or maintain well-being.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on medical referrals and evaluations.
- Document and complete a Plan of Care (POC) and progress notes on an ongoing basis.
- Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures based on individual needs.
- Apply infection control concepts in patient care activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Shift: M-F until shift is complete, on-call required if requested.
- Work environment may require local travel.
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA approved program.
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
