- Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
- Performs clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
- Documents and prepares a Plan of Care (POC), progress notes, and other clinical records.
- Plans and provides treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.

- Applies concepts of infection control and universal precautions during patient care activities.
- Shift: M-F until shift is complete, on-call required if requested.

- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program.
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
