Job Description
- Provides physical therapy to patients of all age groups to restore or maintain well-being.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on medical referrals and evaluations.
- Documents and reviews a Plan of Care (POC) and ongoing assessment data.
- Plans and provides treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.
- Instructs patients and families in safe transfer techniques and equipment use.
- Educates patients and families on therapeutic procedures based on individual needs.
- Applies infection control concepts in coordinating patient care activities.

- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
