Job Description
Weekend Physician Assistant (Onsite) — San Antonio, TX
Pay: $77.26/hr (W2)
Schedule: Weekend-focused role — must work at least 5 out of 6 weekends (both Saturday + Sunday). Additional weekday hours may be available.
Setting: Patient-facing onsite clinic with occasional float potential.
What you’ll do
- Provide evidence-based primary/urgent care services: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management
- Educate patients and support health counseling / disposition planning
- Support clinic operations as needed (opening/closing, basic admin, patient follow-up, maintaining a clean/organized environment
Physician Assistant Requirements (must-haves)
- Active Physician Assistant license (Texas)
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required)
- High School Diploma or GED
Additional details
- Temporary assignment (weekend workforce model); onsite as required
