Post-Acute Care Service Physician

Internal Medicine / Family Practice/ PM&R/ ENT Physician

Skilled Nursing facilities

Full Time Permanent

Location: Houston, TX (Northwest Willowbrook area)

Start date- ASAP

Scheduling model: Monday – Friday - No weekends

MD for outpatient services. 70% Skilled nursing facilities, LTACH, IRFs and 30% home visits. Service 7 facilities in East Houston, TX area with 400 patient load.

Flexible schedule – mostly Monday – Friday

Post -Acute Care Service, Skilled nursing facilities, Home healthcare and Transitional Home healthcare

Compensation: $200 - $220 base salary - annually OR a percentage

Plus $500 per month car allowance

Full benefits including health, dental, malpractice, vacation (3 weeks), CME (3 days off) and $2,500 reimbursements, 401k,

Job Requirements

Must be Physician licensed in Texas

Must travel to Skilled Nursing facilities, Nursing Homes, Home healthcare in Houston, TX

Post -Acute Care Service, Skilled nursing facilities, Home healthcare and Transitional Home healthcare

Compensation: $200 - $220 base salary - annually OR a percentage

Plus $500 per month car allowance
