A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Practice Manager in Boerne, TX!

The Practice Manager will be based out of the Boerne location and will oversee operations at the Boerne, Fredericksburg, and Kerrville clinics. This position offers career growth potential with a respected oncology practice. See additional details below.

Practice Manager Highlights

• The pay for this position is $80,000-$$90,000 annually.
• Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday business hours
• Onsite position
• This position is a full-time direct hire opportunity

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for three clinic locations supporting a total of five physicians
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practice objectives
• Analyze business conditions and provide recommendations to leadership
• Support development and coordination of manual and automated systems to improve practice operations
• Promote effective communication within the practice and between clinic locations
• Prepare and maintain management and compliance reports
• Ensure accreditation compliance and regulatory standards are met
• Supervise all practice staff; clinical supervision provided by physicians
• Coordinate development needs for any new office locations as required

Requirements

• Must have a solid job history—stability and reliability are a must
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing multiple healthcare clinic locations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare-related field preferred
• At least 7 years of overall healthcare management experience, including supervisory experience
• Must be able to lift items up to 40 lbs and meet physical requirements of the role
