Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float
Location: Charlotte, NC 28277 (On-site / patient-facing)
Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (shifts typically 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours)
Job Type: Contract to hire
Pay: $37.17 an hr
About the Role
A-Line Staffing is hiring an LVN/LPN to support a high-volume outpatient clinic setting. You’ll deliver evidence-based patient care, administer medications and treatments, document in the EMR, and collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications
- Perform routine assessments, monitor vitals, and document responses to treatment
- Support point-of-care testing and clinical procedures as needed
- Conduct medication reviews and identify potential side effects/interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license (Compact license must match primary state of residence; license must be in good standing)
- BLS certification (must be valid at least 30+ days beyond start date)
- 1+ year of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER
- Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
- Comfortable using EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (verifiable)
Note: Candidates with experience limited to long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/home health/LTAC) may not be a fit for this clinic environment.
