-Line Staffing is now hiring Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician in Columbia, SC. The Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $15.72/hr
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
  • This position is onsite in Columbia, SC

Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

  • This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

  • Registered Technician with the state of SC
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
