Production & Packaging Associate | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Cockeysville, MD 21031 – 100% on-site
• Please Note: This location is not accessible by public transit
• Payrate: $17.30/hr
• Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Production & Packaging Associate | Summary and Highlights:

The Production & Packaging Associate role involves labeling, inspecting, and packaging final container products using both manual and automated systems. It's an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive, safety-first environment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Production & Packaging Associate | Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging equipment and complete labeling, filling, and assembling tasks
• Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging standards are met
• Accurately complete logs and production records (manual and electronic)
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards
• Communicate effectively across shifts
• Use material handling equipment to transport materials when needed
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or packaging issues

Production & Packaging Associate | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Basic computer literacy, especially in a Windows environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
• Experience in a regulated environment (preferred)
