Production & Packaging Associate | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD 21152 – 100% on-site
• Please Note: This location is not accessible by public transit
• Payrate: $18.34/hr
• Required Availability: Friday – Sunday, 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Production & Packaging Associate | Summary and Highlights:

The Production & Packaging Associate  will be responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging final container products using manual and/or automated systems. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Production & Packaging Associate | Responsibilities:

• Perform packaging tasks according to manufacturing and standard operating procedures
• Set up, operate, and clean labeling and packaging equipment
• Label, assemble, inspect, and package products under general supervision
• Maintain accurate production records and perform basic data entry
• Identify and troubleshoot basic packaging equipment issues
• Follow all GMP, safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Transport materials as needed using handling equipment
• Communicate effectively across shifts using written and/or verbal reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Production & Packaging Associate | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience; regulated environment preferred
• Ability to follow diagrams, read charts, and perform basic arithmetic
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows environment)
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a repetitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Must be available to work overtime as needed
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required
