Production Assembler | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $20/hr
• Required Availability: Rotating 2-2-3-3 Schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Production Assembler | Summary and Highlights:

The Production Assembler will perform routine production functions in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role includes duties such as filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products. The ideal candidate will support production goals, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Production Assembler | Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production tasks under general supervision.
• Accurately complete records and logs in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support team objectives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Production Assembler | Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Must have previous manufacturing experience 
• Basic skills in routine tasks, techniques, and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and perform basic math.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts.
