Production Assembler | Details and Compensation:
- Location: Sandy, UT 84070 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $17/hr
- Required Availability: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (OT opportunities available)
Production Assembler | Summary and Highlights:
The Production Assembler role involves working with medical devices, including fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be comfortable following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Production Assembler | Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications.
- Follow established SOPs and adhere to strict quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Production Assembler | Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).
- At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience required.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English.
- Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools such as microscopes.
- Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed.
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
