PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – INJECTION MOLDING | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Sumter SC 29153 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $16.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – INJECTION MOLDING | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Production Associate will work in a fast-paced injection molding and warehouse environment. This role involves stacking boxes, palletizing materials, operating pallet jacks, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may also receive forklift or reach truck training.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – INJECTION MOLDING | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stack boxes and palletize finished materials
- Pick, pack, label, and scan orders using RF scanners
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Move and transport pallets using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and SOP guidelines
- Assist with shipping, packaging, and inventory-related tasks
- Support additional warehouse functions as needed through cross-training
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – INJECTION MOLDING | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience operating pallet jacks is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement during the workday
