Production Operator – A Shift (6AM–6PM) Position Summary

We are seeking reliable Production Operators – A Shift to support manufacturing operations by performing routine production tasks such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, inspecting, and utility operations. This role requires adherence to FDA regulations, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards. Candidates must work well in a team, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records and logs under general supervision.

Production Operator – A Shift (6AM–6PM) Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine production tasks including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Conduct utility operations to support production as needed
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions under direct supervision
• Make effective decisions within the scope of routine tasks
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Work flexible and/or extended hours as needed

Production Operator – A Shift (6AM–6PM) Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• 1–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
