Location: Columbus, NE 68601
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: C Shift – Days, 6:00AM–6:00PM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
Work Weeks: Rotating 36- and 48-hour weeks, Monday–Sunday
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Production Operator – C Shift to perform routine manufacturing and production tasks in a regulated environment. This role supports daily operations involving filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, inspections, and utility functions while ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 requirements.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-based environment with rotating 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine production tasks such as filling, packing, labeling, inspecting, and assembling

Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards

Follow standard operating procedures under general supervision

Support team goals and demonstrate effective teamwork

Make sound decisions within the scope of position requirements

Rotate into various tasks and responsibilities as needed

Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors

Work safely and maintain compliance with all workplace policies

Regular and punctual attendance is required
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments preferred

Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications in English

Basic math skills

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods

Willingness to work flexible or extended hours if needed

Ability to work well with others and remain adaptable in a team environment
