($20.00/hr base + 13.5% shift differential)

Production Operator – D Shift (6PM–6AM) Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and team-oriented Production Operator – D Shift to support our manufacturing operations in Columbus, NE. This role is responsible for meeting production goals, maintaining product quality, performing SAP/MES transactions, and ensuring a safe working environment. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
Production Operator – D Shift (6PM–6AM) Key Responsibilities
- Meet established daily and weekly production goals
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Perform quality checks as assigned
- Operate production lines safely and efficiently
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Complete SAP and MES transactions accurately
- Assist in the BDA (Breakdown Analysis) process to identify root causes
- Maintain compliance with required documentation and training
- Use proper PPE and adhere to all safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Production Operator – D Shift (6PM–6AM) Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma/GED OR
- 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience

- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance
- Ability to work a 12-hour alternating D Shift (6PM–6AM)
