Production Operator (4pm- 12am) — Columbus, NE (On-Site)
Location: Columbus, NE 68601 (On-site)
Pay: $19–$21/hr (based on experience; set at offer)
Shift: Mon–Fri | Core 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (can flex ±2 hours)
Openings: 2 — URGENT FILL
Interview: In-person
Required PPE: Steel-toe shoes
About the Role (Regulated Manufacturing)
This is a hands-on production role in a regulated manufacturing environment where documentation, quality, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll follow established SOPs and support compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 / 13485 expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine production functions including packing, packaging, labeling, and inspection
- Reprocess product and handle parts/materials
- Complete visual inspections (plus some gauging as needed)
- Accurately complete paperwork, records, and logs tied to quality/compliance
- Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision
- Work in a team environment and rotate into different tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read/write/understand instructions/specs in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work flexible/extended hours if needed
- Steel-toe shoes required
Preferred Experience
- Quality control / inspection experience
- Prior work in a regulated environment with documentation expectations
Technology
Role is mostly manual; basic comfort with email / Teams is helpful.
