Title: Senior Experience Designer (2D)

Pay Rate: $42.78/hr

Location: Woonsocket, RI (Hybrid)

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST

Note: This is a W2 contract role – this role is NOT open to 1099, C2C, or 3 ^rd party candidates

Reporting to the Group Manager and collaborating with the Associate Creative Director of Experience Design Practice, the Senior Experience Designer will provide leadership in creative ideation for experience design across diverse projects. This passionate Graphic Designer must bring a strong creative aesthetic and brand-driven strategic thinking. This role will design a range of branded applications within our stores and in our extended experiences. Ideal candidates for this role must demonstrate strategic and creative problem solving with a deep understanding of design to develop compelling concepts that are on brand and meet business objectives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong design and presentation skills, with an eye for detail.

Position Responsibilities:

• Generate impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency
• Apply deep and demonstrated experience in design for a broad range of deliverables, including in-store signage, retail environments, workplace settings, dynamic digital screen content, event assets, and print collaterals
• Successfully use skills and knowledge to create compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on brand, and meet or exceed business objectives
• Present design concepts to internal teams, serving as Subject Matter Expert in formal meetings with senior leaders and team members for design reviews and approval
• Collaborate with internal, cross functional, and external partner teams to deliver on the brief and ensure execution of ideas, as planned

Position Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of professional Graphic Design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in signage, retail branding, and/or workplace and event design environments
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and hand sketching skills
• Ability of concept to production knowledge for the preparation of files for print implementation
• Ability to create designs that reflect and expand on brand guidelines with knowledge of typography, color, and composition
• Ability to generate impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency
• Strongwritten, verbal, and presentation skills
• An interest in retail, interior design, visual merchandising, experiential design, and the use of AI and digital technologies preferred; knowledge andunderstanding of the latest retail concepts and trends preferred
• Demonstrated passion for strategic and creative problem solving to meet business objectives preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously preferred
• A minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
