Contract & Compliance Consultant Compensation
- The pay for this position is $32.00 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Contract & Compliance Consultant Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (onsite 4 days per week).
Contract & Compliance Consultant Responsibilities
- Interact and proactively communicate with multiple MMS Dispensing teams
- Audit review of components submitted in complete contractual packages
- Execute complete contractual packages
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings, policies, procedures, acquisition and marketing programs
- Apply working knowledge of US Antitrust laws, HIPAA, SOX, Internal Audit procedures, and regulatory controls
- Understand pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes including installation, billing, leasing, purchasing, and asset management
- Apply general understanding of revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles
- Support contract review, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance; escalate issues when necessary
- Manage complex tasks and make independent recommendations
Contract & Compliance Consultant Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 1–3 years of general contract experience
- Proficiency with MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate across all business levels
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Contract & Compliance Consultant Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of commercial contracting processes
- Experience with pricing, billing, invoicing, quoting, and policy development
