Title: Professional Services Implementation Specialist

Location: Work from Home

Pay Rate: $39.68/hr

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM MST

The Professional Services Implementation Specialist will serve as a Project Lead in cross-functional teams, supporting the implementation of the MDR compliance program. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to;

  • Managing communication with suppliers affected by the compliance program; communicating team needs to suppliers
  • Executing RFQ's, RFP's and RFI's with vendors of components affected by the compliance program
  • Handling documentation between vendors and plants
  • Preparing documents ready for review and signatures, including following-up on statuses and ensure timely completion, and checking received documentation, sending it to the appropriate supplier and directing questions to the correct teams
  • Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Keeping action tracker of the work status and supplier deliverables
  • Coordinating sterilization activities between vendors and plants, collaborating with category managers and buyers, checking in regularly
  • Helping teams with meeting timelines and pushing supplier to meet deadlines
  • Managing the timing and supplier-deliverable(s) of new component validation/qualification activities
  • Facilitating communication with manufacturing plants affected by the compliance program to ensure alignment between sites; working with supply chain planning, marketing, and plants to determine production requirements for EU MDR inventory planning
  • Co-managing the delivery of new component inventory to manufacturing sites, as well as any necessary inventory depletion activities, as needed
  • Supporting the project team with additional assignments, as required

Position Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of related business experience and/or associated purchasing and project management training
  • Proficiency in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills; strong knowledge of Excel
  • High level of maturity and interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully interact with diversified internal & external customer bases
  • Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal/written communications, telephone courtesy, professionalism, negotiating, and influencing; strong listening and assessment skills.
  • Strong questioning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills to keep track of task completion
  • BA, BS, or Engineering Degrees preferred; Higher education highly preferred
