Program Manager Compensation

Program Manager Highlights

Program Manager Responsibilities

Manage a major, multi-year, multi-faceted, and highly complex program within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Infusion Platform.

Develop milestone-based program plans and oversee Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.

Define program resource needs and negotiate plans with functional leaders.

Lead product development activity, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Prepare for Phase Gate and Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership.

Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, external partners, and suppliers.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address program challenges.

Maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Program Manager Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced management degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience leading complex, multiyear new product development programs in the medical device industry. Experience with FDA-regulated environments is required.
