Program Manager Compensation

• Pay Rate: $50 per hour

• Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Program Manager Highlights

• Contract Assignment: Potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Program Manager Responsibilities

• Manage a major, multi-year, multi-faceted, and highly complex program within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Infusion Platform.

• Develop milestone-based program plans and oversee Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.

• Define program resource needs and negotiate plans with functional leaders.

• Lead product development activity, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare for Phase Gate and Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership.

• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, external partners, and suppliers.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address program challenges.

• Maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Program Manager Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced management degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience leading complex, multiyear new product development programs in the medical device industry. Experience with FDA-regulated environments is required.

• Skills:
