- Deliver group education and one-on-one assistance to Medicare beneficiaries about preventing, detecting, and reporting Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse.
- Collect and analyze information to evaluate program administration and compliance with regulations.
- Develop reports on program effectiveness and resolve beneficiary complaints.
- Research and interpret Medicare rules to coordinate with external parties for complex cases.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers within the assigned region.

- Conduct outreach events to educate the public on healthcare fraud and abuse.
- Travel within the Southeastern Pennsylvania region is required.
- Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, public health, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in human services.
