Finance Process Excellence Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $94-$100/hr based on experience
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- This position is 4 days onsite / 1 day remote in San Jose, CA (local candidates only)
- Lead end-to-end Finance process excellence initiatives including defining, measuring, improving, and sustaining standardized processes
- Define process scope, intent, and performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives
- Continuously evaluate process performance and integrate stakeholder feedback to optimize outcomes
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Perform data-driven root cause analysis to reduce defects, variation, and operational waste
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure performance, improvement outcomes, and business impact
- Partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive scalable process solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on semiconductor Finance process best practices
- Support process design decisions, transformation initiatives, and long-term scalability efforts
- Mentor and coach team members while promoting best practices and continuous improvement culture
- Ensure processes align with manufacturing, supply chain, and technology roadmaps
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, business process management, or transformation roles
- Strong experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Lean / Six Sigma is required
- Black Belt or Green Belt preferred
- Experience working with finance systems, ERP platforms, and reporting/analytics tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, matrixed organization
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Finance Process Excellence Manager Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong experience)
- Experience within the semiconductor industry
- Strong background in finance transformation and process standardization initiatives
