Job Description
  • Develop strategic partnerships between the health plan and contracted provider networks.
  • Cultivate client relations and collaborate with providers to ensure high-level care delivery.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with physicians to discuss performance metrics and improvements.
  • Focus on value-based care initiatives and align performance-based agreements with physicians.
  • Utilize data analytics to track provider performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Educate providers on policies and procedures related to referrals and claims submission.
  • Evaluate provider performance and develop strategic plans for improvement.
Critical Information
  • Ability to travel locally 4 days a week.
  • Remote, hybrid, field, or office work schedules available.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of managed care or medical group experience.
