Job Description
Title: QM Product Safety Pharmacist
Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid)
Note: This is a W2 contract role – this role is NOT open to C2C or 3 rd party candidates
The QM Product Safety Pharmacist will utilize Clinical Risk Management to develop and implement data error detection and prevention strategic tests for new product validation, perform ongoing tests and clinical review of results in the Data Audit program, software testing, maintenance system controls, root cause analysis, and policy change control. Additionally, they will act as a liaison between QM and Data Module Clinicians and Research Assistants, Software and Applications Developers, and Product Management.
Position Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a clinical setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use or learn how to use technological tools, such as word processing software (i.e., MS Word), data spreadsheet (i.e., MS Excel), and relational database (i.e., MS Access, SQL Server Management Studios SSMS) applications
- Ability to conceptualize a repeatable process in order to take an idea through a development phase to completion
- A minimum of a B.S. or Pharm.D. Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
